my flow classes are especially geared towards folks who struggle or forget to ask themselves, "how do i feel today? what am i feeling right now? what do i need in this moment?" i encourage my students to turn inward, get curious, and listen.


yin yoga is a passive, yet challenging, practice that targets and opens the connective tissue to add circulation, flexibility, and mobility. yin yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses, typically held for 3-5 minutes and is a powerful tool to process and move stuck emotions.
